Un établissement de santé spécialisé en santé mentale situé dans la région de Nantes recherche un(e) Orthophoniste pour son Hôpital de Jour/CMP en pédopsychiatrie. Le poste, à pourvoir dès que possible, est un CDD de 6 mois renouvelable à 80 %. **Missions principales** : - Réalisation de bilans et évaluations nécessaires à l'établissement de diagnostics et projets thérapeutiques. - Prise en charge individuelle ou groupale des patients, en collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Accompagnement des familles et traçabilité des activités. - Participation aux réunions cliniques, temps de synthèse et élaboration des projets thérapeutiques. - Interventions à domicile et en milieux extérieurs. **Compétences requises** : - Sens de l'organisation et du travail en équipe. - Rigueur, méthodologie, et créativité. - Capacités pédagogiques et de communication. **Qualifications** : - Certificat de Capacités en Orthophonie (Bac+5, grade Master). - Expérience en psychiatrie de l'enfant et l'adolescent souhaitée.
