Le Centre Hospitalier d'un établissement partenaire spécialisé en gériatrie recrute un(e) psychologue à temps partiel (50%). Vous interviendrez dans différents services tels que SSR, USLD, et EHPAD. Début du poste prévu en juin. Missions : - Participer à la mise en œuvre du projet de soins en pluridisciplinarité - Réaliser des activités thérapeutiques et de soutien pour les patients et leurs familles - Offrir un soutien aux équipes dans le cadre du projet de soins Compétences requises : - Évaluation et réalisation de bilans - Apport d’un éclairage clinique - Analyse des besoins et/ou des demandes - Mise en place de prises en charge adaptées (individuelles, collectives, familiales) Jours de travail : lundi, jeudi et mercredi matin.
