**Résumé de l'offre d'emploi :** Un établissement partenaire recherche un pharmacien qualifié pour remplacer le pharmacien gérant de la Pharmacie à Usage Intérieur (PUI) pendant ses congés et pour des demi-journées ou journées complètes, selon les besoins. Le poste représente un équivalent de 0.3 ETP sur un an. L'équipe se compose d'un pharmacien et cinq préparatrices autonomes, gérant une dispensation nominative hebdomadaire pour 170 lits (140 en psychiatrie adulte et 30 en soins longue durée à orientation psychiatrique). **Missions principales :** - Analyse pharmaceutique des prescriptions sur CARIATIDES - Gestion des stupéfiants - Suivi règlementaire des traçabilités - Participation aux suivis de vigilances si nécessaire - Support aux préparatrices et équipes médicales et paramédicales **Qualifications requises :** - DES en pharmacie hospitalière ou docteur en pharmacie conforme au décret de 2017, permettant d'exercer en PUI.
