Préparateur(trice) en pharmacie

Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un Préparateur en Pharmacie (H/F) disponible dès maintenant. Cet établissement emploie environ 1000 agents, dont 70 médecins, et offre des services variés: médecine-chirurgie-obstétrique, urgences, soins aux personnes âgées, et formation d'infirmiers. Le poste est basé à Châteaubriant et implique diverses responsabilités sous la supervision d'un pharmacien, notamment la dispensation de médicaments, la gestion des stocks, et la préparation de médicaments selon les prescriptions médicales. Les activités principales incluent la manipulation de dispositifs médicaux stériles, l'utilisation de logiciels spécifiques, et l'organisation des préparations magistrales et officinales. Le planning de travail hebdomadaire prévoit des rotations horaires et inclut 37,5 heures par semaine, avec 14 jours de RTT annuels en supplément des congés réglementaires. Nous recherchons un candidat rigoureux, polyvalent avec un BP de préparateur en pharmacie et de préférence une expérience hospitalière.
