Infirmier(ière) anesthésiste - IADE

Un établissement partenaire recherche un(e) infirmier(e) perfusionniste pour intégrer le bloc opératoire de chirurgie thoracique cardio-vasculaire. Poste à mi-temps (50%). ### Missions : - Organisation et surveillance de la circulation extracorporelle. - Assistance cardio-circulatoire et respiratoire. - Gestion de techniques annexes (autotransfuseurs, ballons de contre-pulsion, etc.). - Transport médicalisé de patients sous assistance circulatoire. ### Contributions : - Gestion logistique d'appareils et de consommables. - Rédaction de cahiers des charges pour appels d'offre. - Participation à l'amélioration continue de la qualité et actions de formation. ### Compétences requises : - Connaissances approfondies en anatomie, physiologie, pharmacologie, et chirurgie cardiaque. - Maîtrise des règles d'hygiène et comportements en bloc opératoire. - Usage des logiciels métiers (GMAO, ENNOV, etc.). ### Profil : - Master de circulation extracorporelle et d'assistance circulatoire exigé. - Expérience de 2 ans souhaitée. - Formations préconisées : IDE, IBODE, IADE, médecins, pharmaciens, ingénieurs de la santé, licence santé.
