Nous recrutons pour un hôpital universitaire un(e) préparateur(trice) en pharmacie hospitalière. Votre rôle inclut la préparation de doses stériles selon les BPP, la gestion des stocks, et le respect des procédures d'hygiène et sécurité. Vous serez également responsable du contrôle des produits finis, de la maintenance du matériel, et de la mise à jour de documentations qualité. **Profil requis :** - Diplôme de Préparateur en Pharmacie Hospitalière (PPH) obligatoire. - Formation en production de chimiothérapie et laboratoire de fabrication. - Connaissances des logiciels BPC, Gildas, E-Order souhaitables. - Excellentes aptitudes en communication, organisation et gestion du stress. **Conditions de travail :** - Temps de travail : 50 à 100%. - Horaires de travail : Entre 7h00 et 18h00 avec flexibilité. - Astreintes payées en semaine et week-ends. - Participation possible aux plans d'urgence.
