Nous recrutons un médecin gériatre pour un poste partagé à 50% en Unité de Gériatrie Aiguë (UGA) et à 50% au sein d'une Équipe Mobile de Liaison Gériatrique (EMLG). **Missions en UGA et pôle de médecine-SSR (50%) :** - Coordonner les admissions directes des personnes âgées de plus de 75 ans. - Prise en charge médicale en collaboration avec deux praticiens. - Participation à la permanence des soins. **Missions en EMLG (50%) :** - Participation au staff des urgences et de l'unité de post-urgences. - Expertise gériatrique intra et extrahospitalière. **Avantages :** - Poste salarié avec congés-RTT, couverture maladie, formations. - Collaboration avec une équipe pluri-professionnelle et accès à un plateau technique moderne. - Opportunités de consultations et prévention en santé.
