Préparateur(trice) en pharmacie

Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un(e) Préparateur(trice) en pharmacie. Sous la supervision d'un pharmacien, vous serez chargé(e) de la préparation, gestion et dispensation des médicaments, produits pharmaceutiques et dispositifs médicaux. Vos responsabilités incluent : approvisionnement, conditionnement, gestion des stocks, préparation galénique, délivrance des produits, entretien du matériel et plans de travail, élimination des déchets et encadrement des apprentis. Vous contribuerez également à l’élaboration et mise en œuvre de procédures et à la préparation des plans d'urgence. Compétences requises : - Formations en fabrication, DMS/DMI, démarche qualité, outils informatiques. - Capacité à analyser et optimiser les stocks, prescriptions, besoins utilisateurs. - Aptitude à conseiller, évaluer et rédiger des informations pertinentes.
