Postes à pourvoir immédiatement. **Missions principales :** - Dispensation de médicaments et dispositifs médicaux. - Gestion de l'approvisionnement hospitalier. - Préparation hebdomadaire des doses médicamenteuses. - Rôle d'interlocuteur privilégié pour certains services. - Traçabilité des événements indésirables. - Inventaire annuel et rangement des stocks. **Missions spécifiques :** - Rétrocession de médicaments en ambulatoire. - Commandes et gestion de médicaments et dispositifs médicaux. - Confection des doses unitaires et gestion des médicaments stupéfiants et dérivés du sang. **Qualités requises :** - Rigueur, organisation et capacité à prioriser. - Adaptabilité et réactivité. - Écoute, disponibilité et travail d'équipe. - Respect des procédures et du secret professionnel. **À propos de la pharmacie :** - Suivi des périmations. - Traçabilité des entrées en stock. - Gestion des livraisons, ruptures de stock, et sérialisation. **Candidatures :** Pour postuler, les intéressés doivent adresser leur candidature à Mediirect.
