Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire situé en Nouvelle-Aquitaine un-e Sage-Femme en CDD de 6 mois. L'établissement, situé au cœur de la Charente-Maritime, dispose d'une maternité moderne avec une charte maternité sans tabac et un service d'hospitalisation pour les grossesses pathologiques. Missions : rotation en salle de naissance et suites de couches, garde en doublure, participation au CREX, RMM, EPP, groupes de travail. Horaires : jour 8h/20h ou nuit 20h/8h, repos variables (1 week-end sur 2 travaillé). Conditions : temps complet, salaire à partir de 3500 € brut (hors variables), avantages CGOS, crèche partenaire, 28 jours de congés + RTT, accompagnement à l'intégration, développement des compétences. Profil recherché : Diplôme d'État de Sage-Femme, jeunes diplômé-es bienvenu-es, bonnes connaissances en allaitement maternel et réanimation néonatale, qualités relationnelles, sens des responsabilités et de l'urgence, respect des protocoles.
