**Résumé de l'Offre d'Emploi :** Nous recrutons pour un établissement hospitalier majeur en Île-de-France, reconnu pour sa large offre de soins et ses équipements de pointe, un Chef de Service d'Imagerie Médicale (H/F). **Missions :** - Organiser la prise en charge en imagerie médicale en concertation avec les praticiens et cadres. - Participer aux staffs, RCP et à la planification des gardes et astreintes. - Travailler sur la qualité et l'implémentation de nouvelles réglementations. - Participer au choix des équipements et au recrutement. - Encadrer et former les étudiants et stagiaires. - Initier des projets de recherche clinique en lien avec des universités partenaires. - Développer de nouvelles techniques et assurer la veille scientifique. **Profil recherché :** - Praticien hospitalier titulaire d'un diplôme spécialisé. - Expérience minimale de 5 ans souhaitée. - Compétences managériales et organisationnelles. - Capacité à travailler en équipe, adaptabilité et autonomie. **Conditions :** - Statut et rémunération selon expérience. - Formation continue et support de la direction pour les nouveaux projets.
