Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un(e) Psychomotricien(ne) en CDD de 6 mois, renouvelable. Le poste est organisé en 2 mi-temps partagés entre une Équipe Spécialisée Alzheimer (ESA) de 5 places et un EHPAD de 59 places. **Missions pour l'ESA** - Évaluation des capacités psychomotrices, cognitives et psychologiques des usagers à domicile. - Formalisation de projets de soins et de réhabilitation. - Coordination avec l'infirmière coordinatrice et les assistantes en soins de gérontologie. - Formation et conseil aux proches et aidants familiaux. **Missions pour l'EHPAD** - Évaluation des fonctions sensori-motrices et psychomotrices. - Conception de projets d'intervention en psychomotricité. - Formation et conseil aux professionnels, résidents et aidants. **Conditions** - CDD de 6 mois, renouvelable, 37h30 de travail hebdomadaire, 15 RTT annuels. - Véhicule de fonction fourni pour l'ESA. - Salaire débutant : 1838€ net (modulable selon ancienneté, grille FPH).
