**Résumé de l'offre d'emploi :** Nous recherchons pour un établissement partenaire un Éducateur d’Activités Physiques Adaptées (H/F) pour une prise en charge rééducatrice et pluriprofessionnelle des adultes. Ce professionnel interviendra auprès de patients dont les capacités physiques, psychologiques ou sociales sont limitées, et collaborera avec l'équipe soignante. Les missions incluent l'évaluation et l'élaboration de projets individuels, la traçabilité des activités, l'organisation d'animations, et la participation aux réunions pluridisciplinaires. **Profil requis :** - Licence STAPS ou Licence en santé vieillissement et activités physiques adaptées. - Débutants acceptés. - Qualités nécessaires : relationnelles, organisationnelles, esprit d’équipe, respect du secret professionnel. **Conditions du poste :** - Horaires continus du lundi au vendredi, modulables entre 08h30 et 17h00. - Poste en CDI ou mutation, disponible dès que possible. - Rémunération selon la grille indiciaire de la Fonction Publique Hospitalière. **Candidatures :** Pour postuler, adresser votre candidature à Mediirect.
