Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un psychologue titulaire du diplôme d'État, pour un poste en CDI à 40% à pourvoir immédiatement. Les missions incluent l'évaluation des répercussions des troubles psychologiques et neuropsychologiques sur l'autonomie des résidents, la prise en charge des troubles cognitifs, ainsi que la participation à l'élaboration de projets d'accompagnement personnalisé en équipe pluridisciplinaire. Vous serez également amené(e) à analyser la demande des résidents et de leur famille tout en leur offrant écoute et soutien. Une expérience en EHPAD est souhaitée.
