### Offre d'emploi : Préparateur en Pharmacie H/F **Description du poste :** Nous recrutons un Préparateur en Pharmacie H/F pour un de nos établissements partenaires, disponible dès que possible. Vous participerez à la dispensation des médicaments et des dispositifs médicaux sous la supervision de pharmaciens. **Missions principales :** - Gestion des stocks de médicaments et dispositifs médicaux : commandes, gestion des périmés. - Dispensation des médicaments et des dispositifs médicaux aux services hospitaliers. - Contrôle du stockage dans les services. - Fabrication de préparations magistrales : chimiothérapies, biothérapies, nutritions parentérales. - Réception et dispensation de médicaments à suivi particulier. - Information et conseil sur les produits pharmaceutiques. - Stérilisation, radio-pharmacie. - Préparation à la gestion des situations sanitaires exceptionnelles. **Compétences et qualifications requises :** - Diplôme de préparateur en pharmacie hospitalière, ou préparateur en pharmacie pour des remplacements. - Connaissance des logiciels de gestion et dispensation. - Qualités professionnelles : rigueur, initiative, adaptation, analyse critique, travail en groupe, communication. **Conditions :** - Poste à pourvoir par voie contractuelle, détachement ou mutation. - Candidatures (lettre de motivation, CV, copie des 3 dernières évaluations pour agents titulaires) à adresser à Mediirect.
