### Offre d'Emploi Confidentielle Notre établissement partenaire recherche activement un(e) Préparateur en Pharmacie pour rejoindre une équipe au sein du DMU BIOPHARES comprenant divers laboratoires (Anatomo-pathologie, Bactériologie, Biochimie, etc.) et plusieurs unités (Centre de Tri, Cytogénétique, PUI). **Constitution de l'équipe :** - Cadre de Santé (0,5 ETP), 7 Préparateurs en pharmacie (6,2 ETP), 2 Aides-soignants, 1 Agent SHQ, 1 Secrétaire Médicale (0,5 ETP) - 1 PH (Responsable de l'UF), 0,5 PH, 1 Pharmacien Attaché **Horaires :** - Lundi à Vendredi : Différentes tranches horaires - Repos : Samedi et Dimanche **Missions :** - Gestion des stocks, commandes, réceptions, inventaires - Assurance qualité, procédures, non-conformités - Dispense de médicaments, dispositifs médicaux - Accueil et assistance des stagiaires et apprentis **Compétences :** - Application des règles de qualité et sécurité - Analyse des prescriptions, besoins des unités de soins - Bonne pratiques de préparations hospitalières (BPPH) - Maîtrise des logiciels dédiés aux pharmacies hospitalières **Qualités :** - Organisation, rigueur, esprit d'équipe, dynamisme, communication Pour postuler, adressez votre candidature à Mediirect.
