**Résumé de l'offre d'emploi :** Un établissement partenaire recherche un(e) préparateur(trice) en pharmacie pour un poste à temps plein, avec des horaires journaliers de 7h30, du lundi au vendredi (9h / 17h avec une pause déjeuner de 30 minutes). Le contrat initial est un CDD de 3 mois, avec possibilité de renouvellement. Le poste requiert le Brevet Professionnel de préparateur en pharmacie, bien que le diplôme de préparateur en pharmacie hospitalière soit un atout. **Activités principales :** - Approvisionnement, préparation et conditionnement de médicaments et dispositifs médicaux. - Analyse des prescriptions et délivrance des médicaments aux unités de soins et patients en ambulatoire. - Déclaration des événements indésirables liés aux soins. **Activités spécifiques :** - Constitution et contrôle des dotations de service. - Gestion des stocks et traçabilité des médicaments et dispositifs médicaux. - Suivi de la facturation et traçabilité. - Réalisation des commandes et quantification des marchés publics. - Maintenance des installations, propreté de l'environnement de travail et mise en œuvre des procédures d’élimination des déchets. - Information et recommandations sur le bon usage des médicaments. - Accueil et encadrement des stagiaires et apprentis préparateurs. - Participation aux projets du service, commissions et formations.
