Préparateur(trice) en pharmacie

Nous recrutons un(e) préparateur(trice) en pharmacie pour un établissement partenaire dans la région de la Haute-Marne. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, en CDD pour un remplacement de congé maternité. Les horaires sont fixes, du lundi au vendredi. Le travail se répartit entre deux sites, avec un véhicule de service fourni. Vos missions incluront la préparation, la dispensation et la gestion des médicaments et dispositifs médicaux, ainsi que la contribution possible aux opérations de stérilisation. Vous serez également responsable du stockage et de la gestion à la pharmacie à usage intérieur et dans les services de soins. Sous la supervision du pharmacien hospitalier, vous devrez analyser les problèmes, identifier les actions nécessaires et solliciter l'intervention du pharmacien selon la gravité de la situation.
