Préparateur(trice) en pharmacie

Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un préparateur en pharmacie à temps plein, poste à pourvoir dès que possible en CDD de 6 mois renouvelable. L'établissement de santé est réparti sur plusieurs sites et gère un Institut de formation des professionnels de santé ainsi qu'un centre logistique. Vos principales missions seront la délivrance et la gestion des médicaments et dispositifs médicaux, la préparation de cytotoxiques, la gestion des stupéfiants, et la mise en œuvre de contrôles qualité et d'hygiène. Vous serez également en charge de l'information et des recommandations sur le bon usage des produits pharmaceutiques, et participerez à la gestion des stocks et à l'élimination des déchets. Profil recherché : - Diplôme de préparateur en pharmacie ou de préparateur en pharmacie hospitalière - Compétences en automatisation, sécurité sanitaire, conciliation médicamenteuse et informatique - Esprit d'équipe, rigueur et sens des responsabilités Candidature à envoyer avec CV et lettre de motivation à Mediirect.
