Préparateur(trice) en pharmacie

Nous recherchons un Préparateur en Pharmacie Hospitalière pour un établissement partenaire, dont les principales missions incluent la gestion, l'approvisionnement, la délivrance de médicaments et autres produits de santé. Vous participerez à la préparation des dispositifs médicaux stériles et anticancéreux, ainsi qu'à la distribution des médicaments, programmée ou non. La gestion des stocks, l’approvisionnement, et la réception des commandes font également partie des responsabilités. Les compétences requises incluent l’analyse des demandes, l'assurance qualité, et la gestion des flux et des stocks. Une connaissance des bonnes pratiques d'hygiène hospitalière et des outils informatiques est nécessaire. Vous serez rattaché hiérarchiquement au cadre de santé de la pharmacie et fonctionnellement au pharmacien responsable. Les horaires de travail sont de 8h à 17h et 9h à 17h répartis sur deux sites.
