**Annonce Offre d'Emploi Confidentielle** Un établissement hospitalier partenaire recrute un(e) Préparateur(trice) en Pharmacie à mi-temps. Deux plages horaires possibles : 8h30-16h ou 9h-16h30. **Relations Hiérarchiques :** - Direction des soins - Cadre supérieur de santé - Cadre Pharmacie - Pharmacien **Tâches Principales :** 1. **Gestion des Stocks et Dispensation:** - Dispensation de médicaments et dispositifs médicaux. - Suivi des postes de cueillette, gestion des stupéfiants et retours de stock. - Délivrance en rétrocession sous la supervision du pharmacien. 2. **Commandes et Réception :** - Préparation et organisation des commandes. - Vérification et rangement des livraisons. - Gestion des non-conformités et des produits périmés. 3. **Sur-Étiquetage :** - Étiquetage des formes sèches non unitaires avec logiciel spécialisé. 4. **Dotation des Services de Soins :** - Référent pour un ou plusieurs services, assurant la conformité des stocks et qualité. 5. **Armoire d’Urgence :** - Réassort quotidien selon procédure. 6. **Assurance Qualité :** - Participation à la rédaction de documents qualité et à la gestion des EI (Événements Indésirables). **Qualification Requise :** - Diplôme de Préparateur en Pharmacie Hospitalière ou Brevet Professionnel de Préparateur en Pharmacie.
