Nous recrutons un pharmacien pour une pharmacie à usage intérieur centralisée et robotisée desservant 15 EHPAD du Centre d'action sociale de la Ville de Paris. Poste à temps complet avec possibilité de 80% (soit 35h hebdomadaires), sous contrat basé sur l'article 55 du décret 94-415 modifié. **Activités principales :** - Gestion, approvisionnement, contrôle et dispensation des médicaments pour les EHPAD. - Contrôle des commandes, stockages et livraisons. - Participation au COMEDIMS et actions de vigilances sanitaires. - Conseil au corps médical et personnel de soins en matière de prescription. - Encadrement et formation de l'équipe, suivis RH et comptables. **Profil recherché :** - Diplôme d’état de docteur en pharmacie avec inscription au Conseil de l'Ordre des Pharmaciens section H. - Connaissances en TITAN et PHARMA appréciées. - Sens de l'organisation, dynamisme, rigueur et bonne communication. - Expérience en gérontologie souhaitée.
