**Annonce Résumée :** Une pharmacie d’un établissement partenaire de Mediirect recherche un pharmacien H/F pour un remplacement de longue durée en raison d'un congé maternité. Cette PUI prend en charge des patients d'un centre hospitalier ainsi que d'un EHPAD, avec un total de 306 lits et places. **Équipe :** - 3.6 ETP préparateurs - 0.8 ETP agent administratif - 1.8 ETP pharmacien **Missions :** - Validation des ordonnances, conciliation médicamenteuse, revue de pertinence des prescriptions en Gériatrie - Gestion des approvisionnements, pharmacovigilance, qualité et gestion des risques - Participation aux comités Comedims et CLUD **Conditions :** - Poste à 80%, possibilité de temps plein lors des congés du pharmacien gérant - Pas de garde, pas d'astreintes - 27 jours de congés annuels et 19 RTT par an - Avantages : crèche d'entreprise, prise en charge transport, restaurant d'entreprise **Profil :** - DES de pharmacie avec 2 ans d'expérience - Type d'emploi : CDD (12 mois), possibilité de temps plein ou partiel - Rémunération : à partir de 42,000 €/an **Candidature :** Les candidatures sont à adresser à Mediirect.
