Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire, support d'un Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire, reconnu pour ses services spécialisés. L'hôpital recherche un pharmacien pour renforcer son secteur des dispositifs médicaux. Vous rejoindrez une équipe composée de 2 pharmaciens, 7 préparateurs et 2 agents. Vous serez le référent technique pour la gestion de dispositifs médicaux et implantables, participerez à l'amélioration des circuits et au système de qualité, ainsi qu'aux projets en cours comme Copilote, Promedeo et la thrombectomie. Vous aurez également des responsabilités dans plusieurs services de soins, dont la validation pharmaceutique des prescriptions, et participerez aux COMEDIMS. Le poste inclut des astreintes (2 nuits par mois et un week-end tous les 2 mois). Profil recherché : titulaire d’un DES de Pharmacie. Poste à pourvoir en temps plein ou partiel, avec un statut de Praticien Hospitalier, Praticien contractuel ou Assistant. Les candidatures doivent être adressées à Mediirect.
