Pharmacien(ne)

Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un pharmacien assistant à temps plein pour un contrat de 2 ans. Le poste est réparti à 50% en pharmacie et 50% en Unité d’Hygiène et de Lutte contre les Infections Nosocomiales (UHLIN). Les missions incluent la mise en place de la Préparation des Doses à Administrer (PDA), l'analyse des prescriptions, la participation aux commissions institutionnelles et la coordination des actions de l'UHLIN. Le candidat doit posséder un Diplôme d'Études Spécialisées (DES) en pharmacie hospitalière ou être en accord avec le décret n°2017-883 du 9 mai 2017, ainsi qu’un Diplôme Universitaire (DU) en hygiène. Compétences en bureautique, PMSI, capacités organisationnelles et relationnelles sont requises.
