Nous recrutons pour une pharmacie à usage intérieur au sein d'un groupement de coopération sanitaire et médico-social en Alsace. Le cadre de travail est verdoyant. Le poste de pharmacien consiste à : - Collaborer à divers projets des établissements membres. - Gérer, approvisionner, préparer, contrôler, détenir et dispenser médicaments et dispositifs médicaux stériles. - Valider des ordonnances, participer à la préparation des doses nominatives, mener des actions d'information et de promotion sur les médicaments et dispositifs. - Contribuer à la pharmacovigilance, matériovigilance, qualité et sécurité des soins, et à l'éducation thérapeutique des patients. - Délivrer les médicaments rétrocédables aux patients ambulatoires. - Participer à la démarche qualité des établissements membres. Poste à 50%. Requiert un Doctorat en Pharmacie et inscription à l'Ordre des Pharmaciens. Candidatures à adresser à Mediirect.
