Pharmacien(ne)

Nous recherchons un pharmacien (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe médicale, composée de quatre médecins, au sein d'une unité de soins de suite et de réadaptation (SSR) de 70 lits et 10 lits de médecine, dont un pour bilan gériatrique. Cet établissement partenaire gère également une EHPAD répartie sur deux sites. Le premier site comprend deux unités d'hébergement de 27 résidents chacune, ainsi qu'une unité Alzheimer de 15 lits, dont un lit d'hébergement temporaire. Le second site compte 50 lits. Le poste, disponible en temps plein ou partiel, est ouvert sous divers types de contrats (PH, praticien contractuel, mutation, CDI) et peut inclure un logement temporaire.
