Pharmacien(ne)

Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un Pharmacien en Pharmacie à Usage Intérieur (PUI). Les principales missions incluent la gestion des achats et approvisionnements de produits de santé, la dispensation de médicaments aux patients hospitalisés, et la supervision de préparations. Vous serez impliqué dans la coordination des actions liées à diverses vigilances sanitaires et l'animation du Comité du Médicament. Une participation active à l'éducation thérapeutique, aux campagnes de vaccination, et à la démarche qualité est requise. Vous contribuerez à l'évaluation des risques liés au circuit du médicament en réalisant des analyses et communiquant sur les mesures correctives. Le rôle demande aussi un engagement dans la formation et la sensibilisation du personnel. Des compétences en hygiène et biomédical sont également attendues, en collaboration avec divers services.
