Nous recherchons un Pharmacien pour renforcer l'équipe de la PUI/Stérilisation au sein d'un établissement partenaire situé dans l'Est de l'île de La Réunion, doté de locaux modernes et d'une capacité totale de 350 lits. Le service répond à des missions cruciales allant de la gestion des produits de santé à la participation aux actions de vigilance sanitaire. Le poste exige une présence en astreinte pour les nuits, weekends et jours fériés. **Profil requis :** - Diplôme d'État de docteur en pharmacie - DES de Pharmacie Hospitalière ou équivalent - Inscription au Conseil de l'Ordre des Pharmaciens (section H) - Lauréat du concours national de PH, spécialité pharmacie hospitalière **Conditions de travail :** - Statut PH à temps plein (mutation ou primo-nomination) - Rémunération selon la grille des PH avec majoration DOM de 40% - Aide à l'installation pour les candidats venant de Métropole Envoyez votre candidature à Mediirect.
