Pharmacien(ne)

Nous recrutons un pharmacien praticien hospitalier pour un établissement partenaire. Ce poste est responsable de la Pharmacie à Usage Intérieur (PUI) et de son personnel. Les principales missions incluent l'achat, l'approvisionnement, la dispensation des médicaments, dispositifs médicaux stériles, produits diététiques, et la gestion des stocks. Vous serez également chargé de la conciliation médicamenteuse, du bilan de médication et du contrôle pharmaceutique des gaz médicaux, tout en participant aux vigilances sanitaires et à la gestion de la qualité. Ce poste implique la gestion du personnel de la pharmacie. Le poste est à temps partiel (60%) et partagé entre deux structures afin d'assurer la continuité du service.
