**Offre d'emploi confidentielle – Pharmacien hospitalier** Nous recherchons un pharmacien hospitalier pour un établissement médical de renom situé en Provence. Ce poste à temps plein est divisé entre plusieurs activités : - Participation à l’équipe de pharmacie à usage intérieur (PUI) pour deux sites avec responsabilités de gérance et hygiène. - Gestion et traçabilité des médicaments et produits pharmaceutiques. - Sécurisation et validation des prescriptions médicamenteuses. - Conseil auprès du personnel médical pour une meilleure utilisation des médicaments. Vous serez basé sur deux sites géographiquement proches. Le rôle inclut également le pilotage de la cellule hygiène en collaboration avec un IDE hygiéniste et la participation aux réunions médicales de l'établissement.
