Pharmacien(ne)

Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un(e) Pharmacien(ne) en milieu hospitalier. Sous la supervision directe du Directeur de l’établissement, vous superviserez une équipe de deux collaborateurs. Vos principales missions incluent la gestion du budget pharmacie et des stocks (achats, approvisionnement, détention des produits), la dispensation des produits de santé aux patients hospitalisés et résidents, incluant l’analyse des prescriptions avec intervention pharmaceutique lorsque nécessaire, la gestion des médicaments stupéfiants, et le management de votre équipe.
