Pharmacien(ne)

Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un Pharmacien polyvalent (H/F) en CDI, à temps plein ou au moins à mi-temps, inscrit à la section H. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de la gérance de la pharmacie de l'établissement, assurant notamment les missions de gérance, validation pharmaceutique et conciliation médicamenteuse d'entrée. Le pharmacien recruté travaillera en collaboration avec un autre pharmacien à temps plein et bénéficiera du renfort des pharmaciens d'un hôpital voisin en cas de besoin. Cet établissement de santé de proximité offre des services en gériatrie et handicap et possède une capacité d'accueil de 565 lits répartis entre les services de soins médicaux, réadaptation, soins de longue durée, EHPAD, et autres foyers pour personnes âgées dépendantes et adultes en situation de handicap.
