**Offre d'Emploi : Préparateur en Pharmacie** Un établissement de soins de notre réseau recherche un Préparateur en Pharmacie qualifié. Sous la supervision d'un pharmacien, vous serez responsable de : - La gestion des entrées des patients, vérifiant la disponibilité des médicaments. - La dispensation globale et nominative de médicaments et dispositifs médicaux selon un planning défini. - La gestion des stocks : estimation des besoins, émission des commandes, réception et contrôle des livraisons. - La mise à jour des fiches articles et du livret thérapeutique selon les nouveaux marchés. - La rétrocession des médicaments à des malades de ville. - La réalisation d'inventaires et le suivi des péremptions. - La participation aux réunions et groupes de travail en lien avec le circuit du médicament. - La proposition d'actions d'amélioration pour la PUI.
