Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un pharmacien remplaçant à 20% (une journée par semaine : le mercredi) pour sa pharmacie à usage intérieur (PUI). Le poste est à pourvoir rapidement pour une durée de 4 mois renouvelable. Tout le système est informatisé avec le logiciel PSI solware, et la PUI utilise PSI Pharma. L'équipe inclut un pharmacien à 80% et 3 préparatrices en pharmacie hospitalière. Les locaux, rénovés en 2014, sont équipés de matériel moderne. Les candidats doivent être inscrits au Conseil de l'Ordre des Pharmaciens, section H. Les étudiants ayant validé le 2nd cycle des études pharmaceutiques et au moins 5 semestres du 3ème cycle du DES pharmacie peuvent postuler s'ils possèdent une License de remplacement. Les pharmaciens d'officines doivent avoir une autorisation dérogatoire d'exercice en PUI. Les candidatures non conformes ne seront pas étudiées. L'établissement dispose de 199 lits (EHPAD, USLD, et SSR) avec dispensation nominative hebdomadaire des médicaments.
