**Offre d'Emploi Confidentielle : Pharmacien Praticien Hospitalier** Nous recherchons un pharmacien praticien hospitalier pour un de nos établissements partenaires. Le candidat travaillera en binôme avec d'autres pharmaciens pour gérer et organiser le circuit du médicament : analyse des besoins, référencement, quantification, gestion des MDS, suivi des contrats de qualité, gestion des relations avec les laboratoires pharmaceutiques et préparation des marchés. Il participera également à la conduite d'essais techniques et à des groupes de travail sous commission. **Responsabilités Principales :** - Organisation de la préparation des doses à administrer (PDA) - Management du système qualité et audits - Participation à la pharmacovigilance - Analyse pharmaceutique des prescriptions - Accompagnement des patients et conseil aux soignants **Qualifications :** - Expérience dans l'organisation des activités de la PUI - Compétence en gestion économique et financière - Familiarité avec les logiciels Sillage, MAGH2, COPILOTE **Horaires :** - Du lundi au vendredi, 9h-18h (avec quelques samedis matin en rotation) **Candidature :** Les candidatures doivent être adressées à Mediirect pour plus d'informations.
