Pharmacien(ne)

Nous recrutons un Pharmacien Hospitalier (diplômé ou avec minimum 2 ans d'ancienneté dans la fonction publique obligatoire) pour un établissement de soins de longue durée de 165 lits. Ce poste est un remplacement temporaire pour des congés annuels du pharmacien titulaire. Les périodes de remplacement sont du 14/10/24 au 18/10/24, et du 30/12/24 au 03/01/25. Le poste inclut une collaboratrice préparatrice à temps plein et nécessite l'utilisation des logiciels OSIPHARM/OSIRIS pour une dispensation individualisée bi-mensuelle. Les horaires et la rémunération sont négociables. Un logement studio entièrement équipé est mis à disposition, et les frais de déplacement sont remboursés.
