Le service bénéficie de la proximité avec un plateau technique complet comprenant radiologie, scanner, IRM, laboratoire, radiothérapie, Bloc Opératoire, kinésithérapie et ergothérapie. Offrant divers avantages sociaux tels que l'accès à une crèche, un restaurant du personnel, une assistante sociale, un psychologue du travail, et d'autres services, l'établissement met également à disposition des options de télétravail, ainsi que des primes mobilité et transport.
