Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un professionnel en orthophonie pour des missions de prise en charge et de rééducation des patients hospitalisés en HAD. Les activités du professionnel incluent la dispense de soins techniques, relationnels, éducatifs et palliatifs, ainsi que la participation à la recherche dans le domaine des techniques orthophoniques. Le candidat devra établir un bilan orthophonique, proposer un plan de soins et communiquer régulièrement avec le médecin prescripteur. Des compétences en formation et en collaboration interprofessionnelle sont également souhaitées. Le salaire pourra être adapté en fonction du profil du candidat.
