Le Centre Hospitalier des Pays de Morlaix, un établissement dynamique de taille intermédiaire, recherche un médecin du travail pour son service de Santé au Travail. Le poste peut être pourvu en statut de Praticien Contractuel ou Praticien Hospitalier, en temps plein ou partiel. L'équipe pluridisciplinaire comprend déjà 1 médecin du travail, 2 infirmières en santé du travail, 1 psychologue, 1 ergonome et 1 secrétaire. Le candidat collaborera avec la Direction des ressources humaines, l'assistante sociale du personnel et l'équipe d'hygiène hospitalière pour assurer les visites réglementaires, analyser les risques professionnels et élaborer des plans de prévention. Il jouera un rôle clé dans l'amélioration des conditions de travail et participera aux réunions stratégiques comme le CHSCT. Le poste offre un environnement de travail attractif et diversifié entre mer et montagne, dans la baie de Morlaix.
