Résumé de l'offre d'emploi : Nous recherchons un responsable pour le service de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation (MPR) d'un établissement public de santé situé dans les Pyrénées-Orientales. Établissement moderne avec un plateau technique complet, il comporte 1083 lits de MCO et diverses spécialités médico-chirurgicales. Le service MPR inclut vingt kinésithérapeutes, huit ergothérapeutes, une cadre de santé et un récent plateau technique mutualisé. Missions principales : - Émettre des avis spécialisés aux différents services. - Développer des projets de service. - Participer à la vie institutionnelle. - Potentiellement développer des consultations externes et post-AVC. - S'investir dans la formation. Compétences demandées : - Autonomie professionnelle. - Qualités managériales. - Sens de l’organisation et de la communication. Statut : Praticien Hospitalier ou Praticien Contractuel, temps de travail de 0,8 à 1. Qualifications : Inscription au Conseil de l'Ordre en tant que médecin spécialiste en MPR avec autorisation de plein exercice.
