Cette unité, la seule du département, est équipée de dispositifs de pointe, dont un TEP-scanner et deux Gamma caméras, l'une récemment renouvelée. Elle est également agréée pour accueillir des internes. L'équipe actuelle se compose d'un praticien hospitalier à temps plein et d'un radiopharmacien à temps plein.
