Recrutement d'un Médecin Polyvalent/Soins Médicaux de Réadaptation pour un établissement hospitalier partenaire en Picardie. L'unité dispose de 30 lits et une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Travail du lundi au vendredi avec astreintes de week-end en alternance. Missions : prise en charge des patients, visites quotidiennes, élaboration de projets personnalisés, participation aux réunions d'équipe, traçabilité et codification des actes. Diplôme de médecin requis, capacité en gériatrie souhaitée, inscription à l'Ordre des Médecins français obligatoire. Poste contractuel ou titulaire avec possibilité de titularisation.
