Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un Médecin du Travail (H/F) pour rejoindre l'équipe existante sur deux sites. Le rôle principal est d'assurer le suivi médical des personnels, prévenir et diagnostiquer les affections de santé, et améliorer les conditions de travail. ## Missions : - Réalisation des visites médicales (embauche, périodiques, reprise, à la demande) - Proposer des adaptations de postes - Analyse et amélioration de la prévention des risques professionnels - Collaboration étroite avec l'infirmière de santé au travail et les Ressources Humaines - Participation au Comité d'Hygiène, de Sécurité et des Conditions de Travail - Études de postes et analyses d'accidents de service ## Compétences : - Compétences relationnelles - Rigueur et organisation - Capacité d'adaptation - Discrétion professionnelle ## Conditions : - Horaire du lundi au vendredi - Temps plein ou partiel Les candidatures doivent être adressées à Mediirect.
