Ce service assure la prise en charge médico-chirurgicale des adultes, de la traumatologie pédiatrique, des urgences psychiatriques et des détenus. Il offre des filières spécialisées en AVC, cardiologie et endoscopie digestive. Les tâches incluent la gestion des urgences, la formation des internes et externes, la participation à diverses commissions et l'élaboration des plans de crise. Compétences requises : prise en charge complète des patients aux urgences, capacité à occuper divers postes au sein du SAU, et engagement dans la formation continue et l'amélioration des compétences en médecine d'urgence.
