Dans le cadre d'un recrutement confidentiel pour un établissement partenaire, nous recherchons un médecin responsable de l'information médicale, adjoint au chef de service du DIM. Le service actuel comprend plusieurs professionnels, dont un chef de service, des techniciens de l'information médicale, un statisticien et un ingénieur en information médicale. L'établissement fonctionne avec un système de codage centralisé. Missions : - Organiser et analyser l'information médicale (PMSI) tout en garantissant sa confidentialité. - Contrôler la qualité et l'exhaustivité des informations médicales. - Optimiser le codage et les recettes issues de l'activité. - Former et encadrer les technicien(ne)s de l'information médicale. - Assurer une veille réglementaire et technologique. - Informer la direction et les praticiens des évolutions impactantes. - Répondre aux enquêtes et demandes de données médico-économiques. - Participer à la gestion des projets institutionnels liés au dossier patient. Profil : Praticien expérimenté dans l'information médicale et inscrit au Conseil de l'Ordre des Médecins. Lieu de travail : établissement partenaire.
