Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un Référent Médical Qualité. Vous serez chargé d'apporter un appui stratégique pour l'amélioration continue de la qualité et de la sécurité des soins. Vous servirez de lien entre les niveaux stratégiques et opérationnels et participerez aux COPIL et réunions qualité. Votre rôle inclut également la mise en œuvre des méthodologies HAS et le suivi du PAQSS. En gestion des risques, vous analyserez les évènements indésirables et coordonnerez les projets en collaboration avec divers acteurs de la santé. Profil : Médecin hospitalier généraliste ou spécialiste, engagé dans la démarche qualité et titulaire du DU qualité ou en formation. Poste à temps partiel (20%-50%) en semaine.
