Un établissement hospitalier partenaire recherche un Technicien de l'Information Médicale. Vos missions comprennent le codage des Résumés d'Unités Médicales (RUM), l'extraction et la hiérarchisation des informations pertinentes des dossiers patients, et le contrôle de l'exhaustivité et de la conformité des informations médicales selon les guides méthodologiques. Vous analyserez les résultats relatifs à la production du codage, identifierez et corrigerez les dysfonctionnements, erreurs, et anomalies des données du PMSI. Vous serez également responsable de la rédaction des PV de réunions, de l'actualisation des procédures et fiches techniques, ainsi que de la veille documentaire.
