**Offre d'emploi : Praticien Hospitalier Temps Plein en Information Médicale** Un établissement public de santé spécialisé dans la lutte contre les maladies mentales, situé en Normandie, recrute un Praticien Hospitalier Temps Plein en Information Médicale. Cet établissement couvre plusieurs territoires et gère de nombreuses unités d'hospitalisation, avec des services hospitalo-universitaires pour adultes et enfants. **Missions principales :** - Organisation, traitement et analyse de l'information médicale (confidentialité garantie). - Conseil aux instances et responsables hospitaliers. - Sensibilisation, formation et accompagnement des cliniciens. - Animation du dialogue de gestion et étude des projets de développement. - Structuration du Département d'Information Médicale (DIM) dans le cadre d'un groupement hospitalier. - Animation de l'équipe de techniciens de l'information médicale. **Profil recherché :** - Docteur en médecine avec DES de santé publique ou diplôme d'information médicale. - Maîtrise du PMSI et expérience en DIM souhaitées. - Compétences en exploitation de données et maîtrise des outils bureautiques. - Qualités relationnelles, pédagogiques et aptitude au travail en équipe. **Conditions du poste :** - Horaires : lundi à vendredi, temps plein. - Participation à la mise en place du DIM de territoire dans le cadre du groupement hospitalier.
