Médecin DIM

Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un Médecin DIM pour un centre hospitalier public reconnu. Vous serez basé sur le site de Cherbourg et rejoindrez une équipe composée d'un médecin, d'un analyste PMSI, et de 8 techniciens d'information médicale. Vos missions incluront le maintien de la permanence du fonctionnement du DIM, la formation et le soutien des services pour la production de données PMSI, ainsi que l'optimisation de la qualité et le traitement de ces données. Vous contribuerez à la création de statistiques d'activité et de tableaux de bord pour le pilotage médico-économique et la démarche qualité. Vous participerez également aux projets d'optimisation et aux études stratégiques de l'offre de soins. Profil recherché: - DES de santé publique, ou DU/Master en traitement de l'information médicale, et/ou expérience dans le domaine. - Compétences en recueil et analyse de l'information médicale, codage des diagnostics, connaissance de la réglementation PMSI et T2A, et méthodes statistiques.
